Standard Billing Structure & Payment Schedules
How we structure payments to ensure project momentum and security.
At Nodesify, we believe financial clarity is as important as code quality. Our billing structure is designed to be fair, predictable, and aligned with project milestones.
1. Project-Based Work (Elastic Squads)
For defined scopes (MVP and Growth Squads), we utilize a Milestone-Based payment schedule to protect both parties.
- Deposit (40%): Required to activate the “Global Capacity” and reserve your dedicated squad.
- Beta Release (40%): Due when the core functionality is deployed to the Staging Environment for your review.
- Handover (20%): Due upon final approval, prior to the transfer of all IP, code repositories, and production keys.
2. Time & Materials (Enterprise Squads)
For complex, evolving projects where the scope cannot be fixed upfront, we bill on a T&M (Time and Materials) basis.
- Billing Cycle: Bi-weekly.
- Timesheets: We provide detailed logs of hours spent by each specialist (Backend, Frontend, DevOps) verified by the Technical Director.
- Caps: We can set “Not To Exceed” (NTE) monthly caps to ensure you never go over budget without prior authorization.
3. Retainers (Maintenance)
Managed Services are billed Monthly in Advance. This ensures your server monitoring and security teams are always active on day one of the month.
